Several years ago a friend brought a little Slow Cooker pot holder at a craft fair and give it to me as a gift. I really loved the idea and immediately duplicated the pattern and have been making them ever since. Although I have never sold any, I have over the years presented many as gifts. I wish I could find a written pattern for this project; but have been unsuccessful in locating one.
This is a very practical and is a great way to use up some scarp yarn. The pattern consist of chain stitches and double crochet which makes this a great project for a beginner to learn how to crochet in rounds.
I crochet these for my students that are attending our local church based additions program that my husband and I are counselors of. I am hoping they will enjoy them. I know I have had one on my slow cooker ever since I made my first one.
Until next time, keep those hooks flying.
These are lovely, maybe you could write out your pattern, I am sure many of us would love you to share.
